Congress releases 1st list of candidates for Meghalaya Assembly polls

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) The Congress on Wednesday released the first list of 55 candidates for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Meghalaya.
According to a communique issued by Congress general secretary Mukul Wasnik, party's Central Election Commission (CEC) has selected the candidates.
Prominent candidates include Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee president and MP, Vincent H Pala.
