New Delhi, Dec 18(UNI) Highlighting the importance of associating community in policing activities, Lieutenant Governor Delhi Anil Baijal on Tuesday said that it was
important in todays times as it was not possible for the police to be present everywhere at the same time.
He said that young people who are in the business of watch and ward the private facilities and infrastructure places play an important role as collaborating with the police they can help in discharging basic policing functions of safety and security. He further said that they can also provide necessary help and relief to the people.
