Chandigarh selects 50 U-19 cricket probables

Chandigarh, Aug 31 (UNI) After recently getting direct affiliation from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Union Territory (Chandigarh) Cricket Association has started streamlining its activities. It conducted cricket selection trials for Under-19 on August 27 at the Sector 16 Cricket Stadium, which was once nursery for Haryana and Punjab.
The selectors shortlisted 50 players who will undergo fitness, medical and other tests and eligibility verification. The final team will be selected from among them after judging their performance during training and camps and matches that will be organised.
