Chandigarh Football Academy lift Administrator’s Football Cup

Chandigarh, Sep 30 (UNI) Following the footprint of their seniors Chandigarh Football Academy, Chandigarh defeated Baichung Bhutia Football Academy, Delhi by 3-0 in the final to lift 17th Administrator’s Challenge Cup All India Football Tournament 2019 for boys U-14 at Sports Complex, Sector-7, here on Monday.
Both teams adopted cautious approach right from the word go. Baichung Bhutia Academy lads were determined to maintain their winning sphere but Chandigarh lads slowed down the pace of the game and succeeded to stop BBA to score any goal. Chandigarh Football Academy lads adopted offensive strategy and the goal scored by Master Surya Kanta in the 31st minute from right wing. Baichung Bhutia team stopped implying shadow tactics. However, both teams came up with a couple of brilliant moves in between but failed to capsize.
