Central Vista Project of 'National Importance'; measures taken to minimise pollution: Center to SC

New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) The Central Government on Wednesday told the Supreme Court that the construction activities related to the Central Vista project have not been stopped as the work of 'national importance', but all measures have been taken to minimise the air pollution here.

The SC bench had sought the Centre’ response in the matter during the hearing of a PIL filed regarding the serious pollution situation in Delhi, National Capital Region and adjoining cities.
