Central government treats as a step-child to the state - Gore

Kolhapur, Oct 31 (UNI) State legislature council chairman Nilam Gore has said that the central government lead by prime minister Narendra Modi has treating the state as a step-child with neglecting towards the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) goverment's demands.
In a press conference, Ms Gore, who is Shiv Sena's senior leader, said that MVA goverment had called attention of the central government towards its various pending demands including to give GST refunds, status to Marathi language, to give compensation to flood affected peoples as per Gujrat state and others but the goverment totally treated the state government as step-child and on this ground the MVA goverment was facing many difficulties.
Ms Gore said that the state chief minister Uddhav Thackeray has control on state administration and giving justice to the 99.99 percent peoples even in covid padamic in the state.
