Books on selected speeches of President Ram Nath Kovind to be released on Dec 8

New Delhi, Dec 6 (UNI) Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will on Saturday release books on selected speeches of President Ram Nath Kovind.
The books, titled “The Republican Ethic” and “Loktantra Ke Swar” (Selected Speeches of Shri Ram Nath Kovind, President of India), would be launched by Mr Naidu in the presence of Minister of State (I/C) Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports Rajyavardhan Rathore.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj would be the Guest of Honour on the occasion.
The books are collection of 95 of his selected speeches out of a total of 243 speeches made by the President in the first year of his office.
They have been divided in eight sections, viz; Addressing the nation, Diversity of India, Window to the world, Educating India, Equipping India, Dharma of Public Service, Honouring our Sentinels, Spirit of the Law, Acknowledging Excellence.
The book has been conceived to help the readers navigate through the vision and thought that the President delves upon, especially with relation to the vision of nation and individual citizen’s duty towards the nation.
