The guidelines – issued by Additional Director General of Police (Intelligence) Kailash Makwana to inspectors general of Bhopal and Indore besides all superintendents – laid down that searching and patrolling be intensified at railway stations, bus stands, public places and around places of worship besides videography of sensitive locations.
