AP reports 34 new COVID-19 positive cases, death toll rises to 9

Vijayawada, Apr 14 (UNI) The COVID-19 positive cases continue to rise in Andhra Pradesh without any respite as 34 new cases have been reported during the period of 16 hours taking the total number of cases in the state to 473.
The steady rise of Coronavirus cases continued in the state despite enforcing lockdown strictly as 34 new cases were reported from 5 pm on Monday evening to 9 am on Tuesday.
Among the 34 new positive cases, 16 reported in Guntur district, 8 in Krishna district, 7 in Kurnool district, 2 in Anantapur district and one in Nellore district.
