An alert driver saves lives of 32 passengers when the bus caught fire

Koppal, Karnataka, Apr 21 (UNI) An alert driver of a private bus saved lives of 32 passengers by evocating them when the bus accidentaly caught fire due to short circuit in the battery near Gunnal cross in Yellaburga taluk on Saturday.
Police said that the bus was bound for Vijayapur from Bengaluru when the driver spotted the flames. He immediately stoped the bus and asked all the passengers to get down and with the help of other staff their baggages were also unloaded.
On being alerted , the fire persons from Kushtagi rushed the spot and doused the fire.
