AIIMS Delhi employees contribute Rs 1.32 cr to PM CARES fund

New Delhi, May 23 (UNI) Employees of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi have contributed a sum of Rs 1.32 crore to the PM Cares Fund in the fight against the pandemic.
All employees of the AIIMS Delhi, including faculty members, Nurses, Residents, Allied Health professionals and the officers have come forward and contributed a day's salary amounting to approximately the total above mentioned amount, as a mark of solidarity to the government's efforts in the fight against COVID 19.
AIIMS is at the forefront of providing best quality patient care and fighting the contagious disease, and has aslo scaled up various health care services for the common public in such times like the departmetnal telemedicine consultations and dedicate covid helplines that run round the clock.

New Delhi, April 18 (UNI) A Delhi court on Thursday sought a report from Tihar jail authorities after hearing an application moved by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for monitoring his blood sugar levels continuously and allowing him to consult his doctor,
Counsel for Kejriwal moved the application submitting that Kejriwal's blood sugar levels have been fluctuating and he needs to consult his regular doctor.

New Delhi, Apr 18 (UNI) The Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to undertake research and develop new technologies to address health problems faced by soldiers in difficult terrains.
