New Delhi, Jan 11 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday paid tribute to former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on his 53rd death anniversary.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, AAP said, 'Indebted nation pays tribute to Mother India's 'Lal', Bharat Ratna Lal Bahadur Shastri ji on his death anniversary'.
Shastri was born in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh to Sharada Prasad and Ramdulari Devi on October 2, 1904.
