Zithara.AI expands into Australia, onboards luxury jewellery brand as first customer

Hyderabad, May 18 (UNI) Hyderabad-based Zithara.AI on Monday announced its entry into the Australian market with the onboarding of Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery as its first customer in the region.
The company also unveiled what it described as the world’s first AI-native stack integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation, conversational AI, omnichannel communication and online reputation management into a unified platform designed for consumer-focused businesses.
As part of the expansion, Zithara.AI introduced proprietary integrations with Meta and Google to enable closed-loop attribution for offline retail businesses.
The platform enables retailers to connect digital engagement, social media interactions and advertising spends directly with in-store visits, customer conversations and final purchases, helping brands measure return on ad spend (ROAS) more effectively, the company said in a release here.
Unlike traditional CRM systems designed primarily for B2B workflows, Zithara.AI said its platform has been purpose-built for consumer businesses operating across physical stores, websites, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
Under the partnership, Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery will deploy Zithara.AI’s AI-native CRM platform to integrate customer journeys across in-store consultations, WhatsApp interactions, Instagram and Facebook engagement, Google reviews and digital campaigns into a single intelligence layer.
Founded by master jeweller Ernesto Buono, the Sydney-based luxury jewellery brand is known for bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and handcrafted fine jewellery and was recently named among Luxury Lifestyle Awards’ Top 100 Jewelry & Watch Brands for 2025.
Varun Kashyap, Founder, Zithara.AI, said the company was excited to enter the Australian market with Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery as its first regional customer.
“Luxury retail is built on relationships and personalised experiences, and our platform is designed to help brands unify every customer touchpoint into one intelligent ecosystem,” he said.
Sridevi Reddy, Co founder, Zithara.AI, said Australia had always been a strategic market for the company as retailers increasingly seek data-driven engagement and measurable marketing outcomes.
Zithara.AI also offers “Ziri”, an AI-powered data intelligence agent that provides real-time insights on store performance, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness directly to business leaders.
The company currently supports more than 500 retailers across India and Southeast Asia. According to Zithara.AI, businesses using its platform have reported up to a three-fold increase in repeat purchases, 28 percent improvement in customer retention and 60% growth in customer lifetime value.
