Zero jobs possible with BJP: Priyanka

Zero jobs possible with BJP: Priyanka

New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday criticised the Narendra Modi government over the 'rising unemployment' and alleged that the government has more interest in 'dividing people'.

"When the government has more interest in dividing people and doing politics, then we must check the fronts on which it has failed miserably. They want to hide the failure from the public," Ms Gandhi tweeted in Hindi.

Sharing media reports, which claimed that the government has miserably failed to create jobs, under the Prime Minister employment generation scheme, the Congress General Secretary further said that unemployment is at its peak in 45 years.

"Statistics show that under the BJP government, the Prime Minister's employment generation scheme has failed miserably. Unemployment is at its peak in 45 years. If BJP is there, zero jobs are possible," she added.

Earlier in the day, Ms Vadra had lashed out at the Central government over the passage of Citizenship Amendment Bill and said the 'discriminatory Bill was passed at a time, when BJP is celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi'.
