XBOOM set to broaden the measures of self defense

Bengaluru, May 24 (UNI) Bengaluru based self-defense online gadget store, XBOOM, aims to tackle the challenges women in India face on a regular basis. Founded in 2015, the growing company sells a variety of safety products such as pepper spray, PIR security system, vehicle GPS tracker, door, security system, stun guns and shutter security systems.

Speaking to a press conference here in Bengaluru, Vishal Saurav, CEO, stated, “We have realized that women can no more depend on the police. That is why we have created a set of mobile and effective alert and defense products.”

“Headquarted in Bengaluru, the company is promoting the ‘Make in India’ initiative and makes its products with the help of local producers,” he explained.

The company does its own share of addressing the issue of increased crime rate against women, children and the elderly through seminars in industries, corporate, schools and colleges.

“XBOOM has received recognition form the Karnataka State Commission for Women and we plan to make the initiative global,” Vishal further added.
