Write to Union government to send Central team to Pondy again : Siva urges CM

Puducherry, Nov 30( UNI) DMK Puducherry Unit Convener and leader of the Opposition R Siva on Tuesday urged Chief Minister N Rangaswamy to write to the Union government to send the Central team to assess the rain damages here.
In a statement here, Mr Siva said that after the Central team concluded their assessment of rain damages and left Puducherry recently, heavy rain lashed the Union territory causing further more damages.
Hence, Mr Rangaswamy should write to Union government to send the central team again and the team should be in Puducherry for a minimum of five days and have a total assessment of the damages.
