New Delhi, Nov 19 (UNI) India's Sonia Chahal and Pinki Rani entered the quarter-finals in the international boxing body (AIBA) Women's World Boxing championships in Feather Weight 57kg and Fly Weight 51kg categories here respectively on Monday.
However, Saweety Boora lost to Elzbieta Wojcik (Poland) in unanimous (5-0) decision in Preliminaries rounds.
In a tough match, Sonia defeated Bulgaria's Stanimira Petrova by split decision 3-2, while Pinki thrashed Ebonie Jones of England with an unanimous (5-0) decision.
