New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI ) A woman, in her 40s, allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of an approaching metro train at Jhandewalan station on Monday morning.
The incident took place at 0840 hrs, police said.
As per initial inquiry, the lady has allegedly committed suicide.
Services on the blue line were affected due to the incident. However, it were later restored.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
The body has been shifted to Lady Harding Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem, police said.
