Woman, daughter drown in field tank

Sangli (Maharashtra), Sep 22 (UNI) A 35 year-old woman and her 17 year old daughter were drown in a field tank today at Kundalpur village in Kavathe-Mahankal tehsil of this district.
According to Kavathe-Mahankal police, deceades woman identified as Sadhana Kiran Deshmukh (35), resident of Kundalpur village. She was washing clothes at a field tank on Dongarsoni road with her daughter Utkarsh (17), studied in 11th class. While washing clothes, Utkarsh felled down in the water following slided from a stone, her mother Sadhana, who was also washing clothes a near her, suddenly jumped in the water for saved her and both were drown in water.
After received information, police rushed to the spot and fished out both dead bodies from the water with the help of villagets and sent to postmortem at rural health centre.
Police investigating further of the incident.
