Woman arrested for forcing minor daughter into prostitution in Palghar

Mumbai, Jul 15 (UNI) A woman was arrested by Palghar Police for allegedly forcing her 14-year-old doughter into prostitution in a lodge at Nalasophara town of neighbouring Palghar district, police today.
Acting on a tip-off that the girl has been forced into prostitution at Vinayak Lodge in Nalasophara, police sent a decoy customer to the lodge last night. There, a waiter demanded Rs 10,000 for the girl.
Then, a police team raided the room and rescued the girl, police said.
