With the arrests of two fugitive gangsters police solve three murder cases

Hoshiarpur, Sept 19 (UNI) With the arrest of two fugitive gangsters the district police on Saturday claimed to have solved three cases of murder and robbery.

The arrested fugitive gangsters have been identified as Harmesh Lal, alias Lala Gujjar, son of Mohinder Pal of Birampur and Swaraj Singh, alias Mani, son of Satdev of Soli. Police recovered a snatched Hyundai I-20 car and 3 pistols from them.

Chandigarh, Oct 20 (UNI) In a major move to protect the state’s farmers and agriculture, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday presented in the Vidhan Sabha a draft resolution rejecting outright the Centre’s anti-farmer Laws and the proposed Electricity Amendment Bill, with an appeal to all parties in the state to rise above political interests in the spirit of saving Punjab.
