EntertainmentPosted at: Dec 14 2021 12:34AM Winning Filmfare OTT for Serious Men vindicated selection of movies: NawazuddinMumbai, Dec 13 (UNI) Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who bagged the Filmfare OTT award for his stunning and seasoned performance in 'Serious Men,' said on Monday that winning an award felt good and it sort of justified that his movie selection process was correct. After winning a Filmfare for 'Raat Akeli Hai' in 2020, the talented actor bagged yet another Filmfare award for Serious Men and to celebrate the victory, Vinod Bhanushali and team at BSL threw an epic party for the actor in Mumbai. During his interaction with the media, Nawazuddin spoke on his back to back feat at the awards, including national and international. He said, "Winning an award justifies my film selection is right. I did pick up some films which were off beat and then I won an award, so my selection process is working. It feels good. "My conviction is strong now, I pick up certain kind of films and with such appreciation, I think I will continue this path, I will pick character-driven movies. I will do more of them," he added. When asked about collaborating with Vinod Bhaushali in future, Nawazuddin said, "I will definitely collaborate with Vinod Bhaushali and I think he will present me in a whole new avatar." The who's who of Bollywood, including Juhi Parekh Mehta, Amberdeep Singh, Vinod Bhanushali, Suparn Verma, Vishal Gurnani, Vibhu Puri, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Meera Chopra, Raaj Shaandilyaa, Meiyang Chang and Anupriya Goenka graced the occasion.
