WIN signs MoU with Korea based Hanwha for Cobot business in India

Bangalore, June 27(UNI) Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN) Automation Business and Korea-based Hanwha Robotics have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop the Cobots Businessin India.

The MoU is also intends to explore synergies in Research and Development and market intelligence to further improve Cobot Technology, according to a Wipro press release here on Thursday.

Commenting on the MoU, Pratik Kumar, CEO, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, said, "Robust and affordable Cobots like Hanwha help companies to automate the unsafe, mundane and routine process. Cobots are becoming the preferred platform for automation. Hanwha with its track record in high precision machinery, motion control, and software technology is an ideal partner in Cobots.”
