Will seek justice from Supreme court if statehood not restored to J&K: Omar

Srinagar, Sep 8 (UNI) National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on Sunday said that if Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) failed to grant statehood to Jammu and Kashmir his future government will seek justice from the Supreme Court.
Omar said that the restoration of electoral democracy in Jammu and Kashmir is because the Supreme Court intervened and not because of the BJP.
Addressing election rallies in Shopian and Zainpora today, he stated that “if the BJP fails to grant statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, the future NC government will not hesitate to seek justice from the highest court once again”.
