Will Indian ocean have to bring to Bihar, Lalu taunts Nitish

Patna, Oct 18 (UNI) RJD chief Lalu Prasad had asked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar whether Indian ocean would have to bring back to Bihar to enable him to encourage investment for industrialisation to provide employment opportunities for youths, a sarcastic remark for statement of Mr Kumar that no industry could be set up in Bihar as the state was landlocked.
Mr Prasad tweeted whether there was need to bring Indian ocean back to Bihar for industrialisation to enable youths to get employment opportunities as Mr Kumar had surrendered in providing jobs to them saying Bihar was a landlocked state and no industry could be set up. It appeared that Mr Kumar was now a tired person and he needed rest, he felt.
Mr Prasad had also posted a cartoon on his Twitter account in which some people were taking water in a pot and the pat reply came from them, for creating sea in Bihar when asked why were they going to Bihar. Mr Kumar had recently stated that no industry could be set up as Bihar was a landlocked state.
