New Delhi, June 28 (UNI) Continuing its attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the border standoff between India and China, the Congress on Sunday slammed the PM for not mentioning China in his 'Mann ki Baat' Radio programme.
"In 33 minutes of Mann Ki Baat, he did not take the name of China even once, why is PM afraid of China?,' AICC media incharge Randeep Surjewala said.
Speaking in the radio address, the PM said ,"Those who cast an evil eye on Indian soil in Ladakh have got a befitting response."
'Time for #Delhi to reset its strategic calculus. Time to shed the fears, be bold and tactical and adopt a strategic response to decisively repulse the Chinese intrusions," Surjewala said on the PM's Mann ki Baad address.
The Congress has been attacking the government over the India China border standoff, in which Chinese PLA troops killed 20 Indian soldiers, including a colonel, earlier this month.
The Congress has accused the Prime Minister of misleading the country on the situation.
