West Bengal native arrested in Goa for allegedly possessing drugs

Panaji, Dec 9 (UNI) Goa Police arrested a 21-year-old man from West Bengal for allegedly possessing drugs after conducting a narcotic raid at Calangute in North Goa on December 8, 2018.
According to Calangute Police Station In-charge Police Inspector Jivba Dalvi, the accused Elias, son of Ajijul Kanchan, native of Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal, was arrested after a narcotic raid was conducted on at Calangute, Bardez, in North Goa.
He said reliable information was received regarding the accused person coming in Calangute parking along with some drugs for delivery to prospective customers.
