Mumbai, Nov 10 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Sunday that Bharatiya Janata Party's resolution is to make Maharashtra the number one state in the country by making the economy worth 1 trillion dollars.
Shah said the BJP has fulfilled many promises made so far; it will make Maharashtra a strong, prosperous, and secure state.
Addressing a press conference here after the publication of the manifesto of the BJP for the assembly elections, Mr. Shah said that the BJP has fulfilled many of its promises to the people of the country.
Our government has fulfilled many promises, like abrogation of Article 370 of Jammu and Kashmir, abolition of triple talaq, amendment to the Citizenship Act (CAA), and construction of the Ram Temple, said Shah.
He further said that after coming to power in Maharashtra in 2014, the BJP grand coalition government took many decisions to accelerate the development of Maharashtra.
Mr. Shah strongly criticised the Mahavikas Aghadi and said MVA is full of contradictions and has adopted the ideology of appeasement for power.
He said the Modi government has brought the Waqf Board Amendment Bill so that the property of the common man does not go into the Waqf's throat.
