WCOI event conclude in Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) The 6th Global American Academy of Implant Dentistry (GAAID) and the 12th World Congress for Oral Implantology (WCOI) ended up after three-day conference on Sunday in New Delhi.
The event enhance implant dentistry experts, policymakers, and professionals from around the world to share the latest advancements in dental implant technology & patient care.
Dr. Shankar Iyer, Conference Chairperson and former President of AAID, said, “We are thrilled by the new techniques in implant dentistry that are improving patient outcomes. These innovations make implant procedures safer, more precise, and more effective.”
Dr. Gaurav Gupta, who spoke on “Comprehensive Digital Implantology” to improve the efficiency of implant procedures, and Dr. Komal Majumdar, who shared safer protocols for sinus floor elevation. Other speakers included Dr. S.P. Agarwal on “Implant Practice” and Dr. Jatin Kala, who discussed when to place immediate implants in infected sockets.
The Panel discussion on “Soft and Hard Tissue” with experts from Italy, India, and the Netherlands. Dr. Mahesh Verma, Conference Chairman, shared, “With around 1,200 participants and insights from 45 global experts, this conference has provided valuable knowledge to shape the future of dental care.”
The event highlighted global participation and innovation in dental implant technology, with around 60 exhibitors displaying the latest tools and techniques. This knowledge exchange aims to inspire improvements in oral healthcare worldwide.
