Waterless tech based products company to set up plant in Telangana

Hyderabad, Apr 24 (UNI) Delhi-based Clensta, which is producing waterless technology based products, on Wednesday announced that it would set up its second plant in Telangana in the country with an investment of five million US dollars.
Talking to the media, after launching waterless shampoo and waterless bath products here, Clensta founder and CEO Dr Puneet Gupta said discussions were going on with the Telangana government over procurement of land.
The company already owns a plant, with a capacity of two lakh bottles per day in Maharashtra and the shelf life of the waterless products was three years, he further said.
IIT Delhi, a leading technology institution in India, is the one of the shareholder in this company, he informed.
The product which developed an alternative solution to traditional bathing and the product formulated for ready to use purpose with absolutely no water usage and also clean instantly without usage of water, he claimed.
The two waterless products which got patents in 152 countries and FDI approval are currently available in 29 countries and our customers are major institutions like hospitals and defence, he said that we are also planning to release two more products -- waterless toothpaste and anti-mosquito waterless body bath, he further informed.
Earlier this month, the company entered into e-commerce segment and the products are now available on Amazon, Flipkart and Seniority portals, he added.
