Hyderabad, May 13 (UNI) SRH's David Warner bagged Orange Cap remaining top scorer and CSK'S leg-spinner Imran Tahir claimed Purple Cap taking maximum wickets in the 12th edition of the IPL.
Warner finished the season at top with 692 runs with a century and eight fifties in 12 matches before leaving for World Cup preparation while KXIP's KL Rahul was second highest run-scorer with 593 runs in 14 matches.
Showing his class with the ball, CSK's Imran Tahir claimed two wickets in the IPL final against MI and claimed the top spot with 26 wickets this season. He displaced Kagiso Rabada of Delhi Capitals from the top spot who had taken 25 wickets.
