New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) People of the national capital on Thursday witnessed another warm morning with the minimum temperature settling at 23 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
According to the weatherman, there is possibility of strong surface winds during the day.
The weather official said that the maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 39 degrees Celsius. The humidity was recorded at 41 per cent till 0830 hrs.
The weatherman has forecast cloudy sky for Friday with the minimum temperature likely to settle at 22 degrees Celsius.

On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 38.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal.
