WardWizard Innovations & Mobility sells 3,290 units of e-bike in Nov

New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) WardWizard Innovations and Mobility, a manufacturer of electric two-wheelers has sold 3,290 units of electric two-wheelers in November 2021 with an 119 per cent growth in sales of the ‘Joy e-bike’ over November 2020. The company sold 255 units in the same year ago period, the company announced on Wednesday.
The strong sales momentum driven by the festive cheer and rebound in business activities helped register the highest-ever monthly sales for the company in November 2021. The low-speed models of the company have further observed good traction in both urban and semi-urban centres with 13,516 units being dispatched from April-November 2021. This marks growth of 590% over the sales in the April-November 2020 period where sales stood at 1957 units. As the first listed entity on BSE in electric vehicle manufacturing, the company is focusing on the growth potential in the Indian EV segment to provide clean and greener alternatives to the existing usage of mobility.
“With our network expansion and introduction of company-owned outlets, we have started receiving good responses from the customers in new markets as well,” said Sheetal Bhalerao, Chief Operations Officer, WardWizard Innovations and Mobility. The company plans to tap the inclination of customers for green mobility to drive more robust numbers in the coming months.
