Bengaluru, Nov 13 (UNI) Voting in the much-anticipated byelections in Karnataka are underway on Wednesday in three crucial constituencies — Channapatna, Shiggaon, and Sandur.
Polling commenced at 7 am and will continue until 6 pm, with more than seven lakh eligible voters expected to cast their ballots.
The Election Commission has deployed extensive security measures to ensure a smooth voting process across the 770 polling stations in the three constituencies, with several areas being designated as sensitive due to the high stakes involved.
