New Delhi, Mar 20 (UNI) Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Main Bhi Chowkidar' campaign, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said 'those who want their children to become chowkidar, should vote for the BJP'.
'Modi ji wants to make the whole country chowkidar. If you also want to make your children chowkidar, then vote for Modi ji.
'But if you want to give good education to your children to make them doctor, engineer, lawyer, then vote for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) which is a party of educated and honest people,' Mr Kejriwal tweeted.
On March 16, Mr Modi launched a campaign called 'Main Bhi Chowkidar' (I too am a watchman), urging all Indians to serve as metaphorical guards against corruption.
Soon, the hashtag became the top trend on Twitter and ministers and senior members of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party prefixed the word “chowkidar” to their names on Twitter to promote the campaign.
