Volunteers of Pensioners Association stages dharna

Puducherry, Jan 22 (UNI) Volunteers of the Pensioners Association staged a dharna in front of the head post office here on Wednesday to press their demands.

They were demanding among other things to enhance their pension amount, provision of 7th pay commission recommendation arrears, D A arrears and implementation of the 7th pay commission recommendation to Panchayat and Municipality Employees.
