Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 4 (UNI) Mr. V K Mathews, Founder and Executive Chairman of IBS Software, has been conferred the prestigious Hurun Industry Achievement Award 2022.

The award was presented to Mr. Mathews by Mr Shishir Baijal, Chairman and Managing Director of Knight Frank India, at a function, attended by more than 200 entrepreneurs, held at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Thursday.

Mr Mathews was nominated for the award on the basis of the research made by the Hurun global team. On the occasion, Mr Rupert Hoogewerf, Global Chairman, Hurun Report, and Mr Anas Rahman Junaid, Founder & MD, Hurun India, hosted the 10th edition of Most Respected Entrepreneurs Awards Dinner.

The previous recipients of Hurun awards in their respective industries include Adi Godrej, Dr. Cyrus S. Poonawalla, Nithin Kamath, Kuldip Singh Dhingra, Niranjan Hiranandani, Divyank Turakhia, Kris Gopalakrishnan, Mohit Burman, Sanjiv Goenka, and Ramesh Jain.
