Virtual yoga sessions to help people stay healthy

Kolkata, May 29 (UNI) India’s leading Naturopathy hospital Jindal Naturecure Institute is launching a series of virtual initiatives, including advising patients through webinars and virtual yoga sessions.
These initiatives will enable people to access naturopathy healthcare advice remotely and maintain social distancing even after the lockdown has been lifted.
“The pandemic and the social distancing requirements have resulted in restricted availability of doctors. Patients with existing diseases such as heart disease, diabetes or hypertension, therefore need help in better management of their conditions. In these unprecedented times, it becomes essential for patients to manage co-morbidities by following healthy lifestyles infused with yoga and naturopathy, '' said Dr. Babina N M, Chief Medical Officer, Jindal Naturecure Institute.
