Vipnesh Bhardwaj appointed Deputy Chief Arbiter for World Junior Chess

Chandigarh, Oct 13 (UNI) Dr Vipnesh Bhardwaj, International Arbiter for Chess, from Chandigarh, has been appointed as Deputy Chief Arbiter for the World Junior Chess Championship-2019.
He is a Teaching Faculty at ‘Frazer Valley, India’ Sector 32 , Chandigarh and is also the Hony Secretary of Chandigarh Chess Association.
The World Junior Chess Championship is scheduled to be held at the national capital from October 14 to 26 at The Leela Ambience Convention.
Dr Bhardwaj, has worked as Chief Arbiter at various National Chess Championships and has acted as Chief Arbiter/Deputy Chief Arbiter at GOA Grandmaster Chess Championship, Delhi , Bhubaneswar and Mumbai Grandmaster Chess tournaments.
He has also represented India at various World and Asian Chess Championships, as Dy Chief Arbiter/ Arbiter.
