Vijay sharpens attack on DMK, justifies opposing it

Chennai, Feb 13 (UNI) Actor-politician and the fledgling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) Founder Vijay on Fridai sharpened its attack against the ruling DMK and justified opposing it politically as it was the one was which was in power and had been deceiving the people.
Addressing the party's Salem district rally ahead of the Assembly polls, he came down heavily on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President MK Stalin and charged him with attempting to suppress his party’s activities and failing to ensure proper governance.
Stating that the DMK government was posing all kinds of obstacles for him meeting the people in the name of SOPs announced for political parties while holding public meetings and people's outreach programmes, he said SOPs mean Standard Operating Procedures. "But for us it is Stalin Sir Operating Procedures', he said citing the number of hindrances/conditions imposed by the ruling party to his party and him for meeting the people and holding meetings.
