Vij receives complaint against Surjewala, orders DGP to form SIT to study case

Ambala, Dec 9 (UNI) Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij received a complaint against Congress National Spokesman and former MLA Randeep Singh Surjewala during his open darbar at his Ambala Cantonment residence.
In his complaint, one Ajay Sandhu alleged that Surjewala while minister gave contract of security in Electricity Board to his company. He said that his company failed to function and a vigilance enquiry was ordered against him.
Ajay complained that Surjewala as Power Minister in 2008-09 was equally responsible for wrongful act. But the special investigating team did not call the Congress leader for questioning. The complainant further alleged that he had given representation against Surjewala but the investigating agencies had not made enquiry against him.
