Victims duped for "gold for money" file police complaint at Kaithal

Kaithal, Nov 13 (UNI) Number of victims of a fraud committed by a Kultaran village resident and his accomplices , who promised to supply them Gold at cheaper rates as compared to market rates , reached local Mini Secretariat here today .
As SP Astha Modi was not in her office, over Two dozen victims handed over complaints to SP’s reader S.I. Bilasa Ram .
According to sources victims of this fraud have lost crores of rupees in this illegal trade . A group of victims had called on the SP in her office on Monday and brought to her notice that Sonu Dhanda and his accomplices had cheated them and allegedly committed a fraud with them by collecting money from them on the promise that they will get gold in lieu of their investment .
