Panaji, Nov 27 (UNI) Emphasising that today Visual effects are everywhere especially in money making films, VFX Supervisor Theresa Ellis Rygiel, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, USA, has said that VFX was very much part of planning and finalising sequences. Speaking to media here, she said Visual effects are part of pre-planning stages and she has to work on creating a dialogue between visual effects and other branches of cinema. Ms Rygiel, who was here to conduct a Master Class on Visual Effects, said she was thankful for being invited for the 47th International Film Festival of India (IFFI). She said she enjoyed working in technical as well as artistic aspects of the films and have also enjoyed making things move in photography. Most films can be shoot in two months but it will involve a very good planning, she said, adding ‘Special Effects are the future way to Direct Films’. Ms Rygiel expressed her satisfaction at the turnout and the overwhelming response she received for her Master Class on Visual Effects in IFFI 2016. Theresa Ellis Rygiel began her career in the early 1980s developing artists' tolls at New York Institute of Technology's Graphics Lab. From 1986-1989 she honed her digital artist skills overseas in Germany and England. She has been very active member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science since 1997. UNI AKM HK CJ 1351
