VBA to contest on all seats in Aurangabad civic polls

Aurangabad, Feb 27 (UNI) The Vanchit Bahujan Agadhi (VBA) party led by Adv Prakash Ambedkar will contest on all 115 wards in forthcoming election to the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), which is due in April, said Mrs Anjali Ambedkar, wife of Adv Ambedkar said here.
Mrd Anjali Ambedkar informed this on Wednesday.
She said that VBA will contest election on its own and denied alliance with AIMIM and said there is not any proposal that came from AIMIM in this regards. However, our party decision will be announced shortly, she added.
Mrs Ambedkar confidently said that her party will win in the election with full mandate and we will fight the elections by highlighting local issues faced by the people at present.
With this, now multi cornered fights will witness in AMC election as AAP, MNS, SP, VBA, AIMIM and BJP are going to contest election on their own without any alliance with other parties.
However, MVA parties Shiv sena, NCP and Congress are yet to decide their role to fight the election.
