VB nabs patwari in illegal gratification case

Chandigarh, Jan 4 (UNI) Haryana State Vigilance Bureau arrested a Patwari of Halqua Hansdhar tehsil in Narwana of Jind district, red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 2,000 from a resident of Hansdhar tehsil in Jind district, in lieu of report of a bank loan.
Stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that a case has been registered against Patwari Subhash on complaint of one Darshan Singh under Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act at the Bureau Police Station in Hisar.
