Vadilal appoints Parineeti Chopra as its Brand Ambassador

New Delhi, Apr 6 (UNI) Ice-cream manufacturer Vadilal today announced that it has appointed Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra as its brand ambassador.
Miss Chopra, who was present in the press conference organised to make the announcement, said, ''Being a foodie, I have always relished desserts especially ice-creams! With the onset of summers, I am definitely going to have my share of cheat days by indulging my taste buds with the rich and delicious Vadilal ice-cream to beat the heat.The new Badabite Select is an absolute delight for all ice-cream lovers like me.’’
The company also unveiled its latest ad campaign for three of its most popular variants of ice cream, including the new BADABITE-Select a super premium Belgian chocolate based bar, a new 20 variant of FLINGO –centre filled cones and GOURMET-super premium ice cream, the company said.
''As part of Ahmedabad based Vadilal Group, the Vadilal carries forward a true legacy of crafting unique experience for its consumers. Today Vadilal prides itself as being ‘Made in India’ and delighting ice -cream lovers across the globe,’’ said Devanshu Gandhi, Managing Director, Vadilal Group.
Talking about the campaign , Vishal Surti, president, Sales and Marketing, Vadilal Enterprises said, ''Over the years, the brand has evolved from being just a frozen sweet treat to an expression of self-indulgence and desire.''
Today the company has a pan –India distribution network with over 60,000 retailers that caters to every nook and corner of the country. It also boasts of the largest cold-chain network.
In addition to the 250 parlours already up and running , an average of two new parlours are inaugurated every month, added Vadilal in a statement.
