Uttam asks Centre to expedite HC bifurcation process

Hyderabad, Jun 28 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy has announced total support to the advocates who are agitating against the allotment of judges from Andhra Pradesh in the Hyderabad High Court.
Addressing a press conference in his constituency Huzurnagar today, Uttam Kumar Reddy accused the BJP-led NDA Government of deliberately delaying the process of bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court. He said Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has also failed to take up the issue of High Court bifurcation in an effective manner. He said that the Telangana Congress would extend total support to the advocates who have launched an agitation seeking High Court's bifurcation.
Meanwhile, several leaders and workers of YSRCP of Nalgonda district joined the Congress party in the presence of Mr Reddy. Welcoming them into the party fold, he said it was the Congress party which granted statehood for Telangana and only Congress could fulfill the aspirations of people of new State.
