Urdu writer Salma Siddiqui breathes her last

New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) Noted Urdu writer Salma Siddiqui breathed her last in Mumbai today,
family sources said.
She was 86.
Late Salma Siddiqui was daughter of Aligarh's famous Urdu critic Rasheed Ahmed Siddiqui
and wife of renowned writer Krishna Chandra.
Salma Siddqiui was born on June 18, 1931 and was educated in Aligarh.
Late Salma came in association with noted writer Krishna Chandra first in 1953 and had moved to Mumbai along with him in 1962.
Her famous works include 'Mangal Sutra', 'Bharosa' and 'Gilhari ki Behen'.

New Delhi, Dec 17 (UNI) The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Monday cleared the proposal of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas to release deposit free LPG connections to poor families, who have not been considered earlier for release of LPG connections under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) on account of their names not been covered either in Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) list or the seven identified categories.
