UP: Mother, son duo killed after being hit by vehicle

Sonbhadra (UP), Sep 15 (UNI) Two members of a family were killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Karma area of Sonbhadra district here in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that Mamta (36), a resident of Kunchmarwa village, and her son Sachin (12) were hit by the unidentified vehicle while they were out for morning walk. "The injured were taken to the district hospital where doctors declared them dead," they said.
Police sources said that Mamta's husband Rama Kant works outside.
