Lucknow, Oct 30 (UNI) Vindhyachal, one of the most sacred places of Hindus in Uttar Pradesh, will be a part of the comprehensive Vindhyavasini Temple Corridor project to be developed to promote religious tourism in the state.
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the Uttar Pradesh cabinet headed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanathi here on Friday.
One of the priority areas of the CM, this will boost religious tourism and generate new jobs in the process in the state besides facilitating devotees coming to the Vindhyavasini Dham. The water and adventure sports activities will also be the part of the project, government spokesman said.
